I founded QCap after spending over a decade advising founder-CEOs, starting with my immigrant father. My father came to the US in the 90s with $100 he'd borrowed. After he lost his job during the 2008 crisis, I began working alongside him, helping him resell semiconductor parts. From humble beginnings in our apartment, my dad's company now serves some of the world's largest tech providers. That small business has changed the trajectory of my life and is a testament to the power of scrappiness, tenacity and hard work. My dad is my greatest role model and my inspiration to support founders like him.

I'm a former founder, operator and investor. Most recently, I was an executive at FortressIQ, a software company, helping Fortune 500 customers across supply chain, healthcare, and financial services industries adopt automation to streamline backend processes. There, I built and led our Finance, People, and Customer Success teams and helped drive our ultimate sale. As a former investor at Summit Partners, I partnered with founders of tech and tech-enabled services businesses, supporting their growth through all facets of sales expansion and talent strategy. Earlier in my career, I founded Pixi, an online rental space marketplace for hair salons and spas, which I successfully sold in 2017.

 

I completed my undergrad at UC Berkeley, where I studied Business Administration, and later earned my MBA at Harvard Business School.
